About Robb Hawk is the owner and creative mind behind RacePaint Usa. Many people wonder how we came up with our company name. It all started way back in 1984 when Robb began racing motocross in the midwest. Robb began to experiment with painting his helmets...with spray cans!, and soon after he began working at a local automotive paint supply store. His knowledge of paint grew and the helmets got better and better. Eventually many fellow racers began to notice the helmets and Robb began to paint helmets for others.Business steadily grew until Racepaint usa officially opened in 1998. The company motto was "You race..We paint" , hence the name RacePaint Usa. Business has grown steadily every year, and the focus slowly moved from helmets into the ever growing custom motorcycle market. Striving to be different is our goal. RacePaint Usa is a Christian values based business, and therefore does not paint the usual airbrush themes that other artists do...like sexually explicit scenes and evil or satanic scenes. Our focus is on clean original designs, extreme show quality finish, and quick turn-around for our customer. Our Philosophy Our plilosophy is simple.....treat others as you would like to be treated. If I were shopping for custom paint I would want a painter who is honest, reliable and unique. I would also want someone who uses only the best materials, produces the best quality,and does it all at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Thats exactly what we do for our customers.
